Our services

These terms cover purchases and bookings with Somma Studio through sommastudio.co and our Rezerv booking service at booking.sommastudio.co. We offer in-person Pilates classes, private coaching, class packages, and memberships at our Makati studio. No physical goods are shipped for these purchases.

Prices and payments

Prices and payments are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Review the total and any applicable charges at checkout before paying. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Rezerv and our payment providers, including Xendit, handle checkout and payment processing.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card approval depends on the issuing bank and payment provider; acceptance of a particular card, including a foreign-issued card, is not guaranteed. Your bank may apply currency conversion or cross-border fees.

Purchase confirmation and service delivery

A purchase is confirmed when payment is successful and the package or membership appears in your booking account. Check your account and purchase confirmation before trying another payment. If payment appears successful but your purchase is missing, contact us with the payment reference so we can reconcile it.

Packages and memberships provide the class credits or access described in the offer. Purchasing a package does not reserve a class: book an available session separately and check that your booking is confirmed. Services are delivered at the studio on the confirmed session date and time. Schedule and booking times are Philippine time (Asia/Manila).

Package and membership terms

The offer and checkout specify the number of sessions, eligible classes, validity, activation date, and any renewal, minimum commitment, transfer, or freeze conditions. Review these before purchasing. Any recurring payment amount and billing schedule must be disclosed before you authorize a subscription.

Cancellation of a class does not cancel a membership or future renewal. To request a membership cancellation, use the available booking-account controls or contact the studio before the next billing date, subject to the notice period and commitment disclosed when you purchased. We will confirm the effective cancellation date and any remaining commitment.

Bookings, changes, and refunds

Booking availability and the cancellation rules displayed before confirmation apply to your session. Our refund and cancellation policy explains class changes, purchase refunds, and how to get help.

Taking part safely

Follow instructor guidance and tell us about relevant limitations before class so we can discuss suitable participation. Pilates instruction is not medical diagnosis or treatment. We may pause or decline participation where needed for safety; contact us to discuss the booking and any appropriate credit or refund.

Your information and rights

Our privacy policy explains how information is used. These terms are governed by Philippine law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Changes will be published on this page; changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
