Reformer Foundations

Designed for clients who are new to the reformer or want to strengthen their fundamentals. This slower-paced class introduces the equipment, essential movements, proper alignment, breathing, and safe transitions.

Reformer Elevate

This intermediate-level full-body class is designed to build strength, stamina, and control. Using props such as hand weights, ankle weights, and jump boards, it combines dynamic sequences, layered movements, deeper core work, and quicker transitions.

Clients should be comfortable using the reformer, familiar with foundational Pilates movements, and prepared to move at a stronger pace. Ideal for those ready to advance their practice with greater intensity and precision.

Warm Reformer Sculpt

Warm Reformer Sculpt is an infrared-heated reformer Pilates class with a stronger focus on strength, muscular endurance, and sustained full-body effort. The infrared heat creates a deeper, more targeted warmth that helps muscles loosen sooner, supports greater mobility and range of motion, promotes circulation, and adds cardiovascular demand.

Expect a demanding full-body session with dynamic sequencing, deeper core work, and quicker transitions designed to build strength, stamina, and control.

Suited for clients who are already comfortable on the reformer and are ready to work at a stronger pace. Arrive hydrated, bring a towel, and expect to sweat.

Not recommended if pregnant, prone to dizziness, or heat-sensitive. Please consult your physician if unsure.
